Better than Botox, dispelling aging skin myths and talking lasting beauty

We're all about strength over here and that even extends to skin care and natural beauty.

There is strength found in feeling really really good in your own skin.
There is confidence that comes from knowing you have the tools you need to let your lovely face shine in this world WITHOUT fear that it’s too old, wrinkled, imperfectly pigmented, etc.

And so we are talking about it this week on the show!

Why?
Even the most minimalist of us turn to the beauty community for direction on HOW to care for our faces as we see wrinkles, blemishes, dryness, etc. pop up.

We go to the “experts”, right?
And the experts tell us what to do.

Only the problem is that, many of the LOUDEST and most PROMINENT voices out there aren’t necessarily the “experts” which is why I want to introduce you to Lisa.

Lisa is a Master Aesthetician with almost 40 years experience working with faces and this week she is joining Dirty Strength Radio™ to dispel myths of aging, skincare and beauty.

Lisa dishes the dirt on Botox, skin callous layers, the truth about “normal” “oily” or “dry” skin and gives us directions for a mask we can do right now with contents in our pantry to remove the outer callous layer of skin that is aging us and making our faces appear creased, dry and NOT voluminous and healthy.

I discovered Lisa over a year ago and have been following her tips ever since, which is why I wanted to bring her on the show.

Her message of teaching women how to embrace their natural and unique beauty resonates with me so much because I KNOW in my heart of hearts that both You and I are fearfully and wonderfully made by the Most High God and we are called to let tour lights SHINE!

That includes beautiful, REAL, expressive faces that do NOT let the fickle culture define heir beauty for them.

Lisa get's real about our cultural definitions of "beauty", the detriment of listening to these messages and what to do instead!
On the show, she talks about muscle health, connective tissue and collagen production in the same way that I do when I talk about physique change and pelvic floors.

Lisa just makes SO MUCH sense and I’m excited for you to learn more about her work and listen to the wisdom she dishes out on the show today!

Come listen and then be SURE to join in one of Lisa's skin challenges featured on her YouTube channel!

xoxo,
Sarah
